Change FE3 to FE4
Hi there,
is it possible to build the shocks and the springs of the FE4 suspension in a model with an FE3 suspension? I want to sell my fact and have a prospect with a 2010s Camaro. Thanks in advance and best regards, Björn. |

Not sure what the question is but I know its possible to buy fe4 shocks and springs and install them. But for the price of buying new parts im just planning on buying FE6 1LE shock and springs to go with my zl1 sways

You can definitely upgrade an FE3 equipped car to an FE4 suspension package. It will require swapping out the rear control arms and purchasing new rear end links... but it definitely can be done. The shocks and springs are interchangeable between all of the model years.
We offer an OEM Upgrade package for FE3 owners who want to run our ZLSpec sway bar package. It includes everything you need to install our sway bars onto an FE3 equipped car:
This package when paired with the ZL Spec sway bar package can turn any 10-11 SS Camaro into a well balanced machine that should give any ZL1 a run for it's money. |
