I think they avoided putting the rockers and spoiler from the ZL1 for two reasons, 1. try not to make it look too much like the ZL1 and 2. cost, try to keep the 1LE package to a reasonable price.

Mine has ZL1 rockers and a convertible rear spoiler. It should have come at least this way. I went with the very spoiler to avoid looking like I was trying to pretend I had a ZL1. I also didn't have to mess with wiring a brake light.
