Rear seat very easy, 15 and 18mm bolts.

Passenger seat a little more work, Torx 25. I heated up the head of the bolts and then used a breaker bar. Then they came out no problem. Supposedly 90 lbs for both.

GTO wheels = V6 brakes for the front.

You can also pump up your fronts to 50-55 psi to decrease the rolling resistance.
Thanks! No torque converter. I've been pumping up my fronts to 45. Can I bring them up that far? What are your thoughts of removing my front sway bar for better weight transfer? Is it a pain to remove? Even worth it?

DO NOT REMOVE THE FRONT SWAY BAR!! If you haven't been filling your resovior with ice that will get you where you want to be .

I've run stock fronts over 50.

I never pulled the front sway bar, my car already weight transfers pretty good and went 1.60 on Nittos.

Stock fronts are heavy, I've read 62 lbs. My 18x9.5 fronts were 55, and my 17x7/ 215's are 44.

Ok, thanks. I guess it's time to start saving for front skinnies. I've been trying to watch the classified section but there hasn't been much for sale.

I ran the gto spares with a 20mm hub spacer a while back. And just left it on for stock wheel also.

Respectfully speaking, that's a hella big spacer to put on a car that's drag raced.

Well you can use a 3/8 spacer but you would have to change out the studs with longer one this was the easy way. And I liked the way it bumped out my street wheels

Ok, what am I missing? The (small) coolant reservoir for the Maggie intercooler only holds coolant. There is no room for ice anywhere. Please elaborate. Sorry if this is a dumb question, but I've never heard of doing this before.

Also keep in mind that it was only in the upper 20's while I was driving to the track last Saturday. It will be in the upper 40's at race time, but wouldn't freezing the system be a potential problem?
