Thought it might be a vinyl wrap but either way it was hard to look at, just thought id share it. To each their own. Just my opinion a little too busy for me.

What's far more concerning is how low that car is; I cannot imagine how the wheels can be turned or how that car could hit a pothole without the wheels scraping the wheel wells and / or the fenders. It looks as if the suspension collapsed and the vehicle is in serious need of service.
