Going sideways!

Every time I get on the gas the tires break lose and want to go sideways. I suspect it's a suspension issue, correct me if I'm wrong. What can I do to make it trac straight? Any input is appreciated.

normal. Once the tires are spinning there's nothing keeping it in place so it's free to drift

Dang, I was hoping there was something I could do to keep it kinda straight. Though maybe it was due to flexing in the suspension.

I would start with some sticky tires, then start working on rear suspension would be my best advice for you.

I'm running Vredestein 315 in the rear which have decent traction but do very little with a Maggie. I get no wheel hop which is good. I guess chassis stiffening is in order.

i didn't start getting wheel hop until went over 700 rwhp, if your not getting wheel hop, I would look at trailing arms, and toe rods, those helped a lot from going sideways, also the rear adjustable sway bar helped a lot too, control arms is suppose to help too, I went all bmr suspension mods. I have 315/35 nto5r drag radials which helped me a lot.

Are you auto or manual? I got bad hop bone stock, put on Spohn trailing arms which helped a lot.

Just by a FWD car and it will go straight when you break traction, including at the corners : )

I have a 6 speed, no problems when I was n/a, started running into more wheel hop when went boosted.

What he just listed. I hit up Tyler on this forum and he suggested the same suspicion parts to correct mine. I have Michelin Pilot Super Sport tires and having 576rwhp/540rwtrq breaks the tires loose in first through third.
