hey just stopping by cause I'll be relocating to the Air Force Base hailing all the way from Louisiana, so if there's a meet somewhere this weekend I'll be up for it so I can get to know the area since I'll b stationed there now, I drive a Summit White 2Lt Camaro Blk Interior I posted pics in the Summit White Thread.

I'll have to do that. I need some reward for all the work debugging my front end. Second round trip to Columbus on Sunday saw 24.2 mpg. Down from 26 on Saturday. Had an extra 105 pounds in the backseat though, my wife.

My car club is getting ready to mail boxes of goodies to service people in Iraq and Afghanistan at the end August. This early spring we sent 60 boxes to troops. We don't know that many people serving, so the peeps we send them to give them away to other soldiers they serve with, and they all kinda have a Christmas morning together! So if any of you know anyone that is serving overseas, please PM me their address and my club will get them a big box of goodies.

228 total paid poker "hands". In total we raised $12,000. The best hand was a queen high Flush. It beat out a jack high flush. The winner of the run donated the $500 winnings back to the Chandler family. Thanks again to everyone that made it out that day. Hopefully we can do something like this for fun sometime soon again.

Thats is a lot of money! What a stand up guy who gave the money back! I have always wanted to go to flashbacks I hear its a good time but I work late on Wednesdays!

Well I took the Camaro to the drag strip last night and the best I could muster was a 9.04 @82.22 MPH. Only those that would know could tell me if that time is worth a damn. First time out with it so next time I will work on the R/T, could not get consistant.

Did you use the launch control? I have driven my buddys camaro and netted .2 better with out the launch control!

I went to MAM previous Friday just to observe, never raced at a strip before. Was going to go yesterday, but I got some free tickets to the fights at the MAC.

According to this site your looking at a 14 sec 1/4 mile.
