The little tag is the License Plate.

How did you do that double matting effect?

By that I mean it goes red, then its beveled white, then a black stripe, then white again cause that's pretty sweet.

The second white edge is the actual certificate itself. There's actually two layers of backer board behind the main red board.

Havent done it yet, but I was going to mimic the car. Black frame, grey almost gun metal matte, red matte under but just barely showing like the stitching of the car. And I was going to do the certificate and not the letter.

But after seeing some of these, makes me think I get a really good picture of my car, super high quality, and frame it with the certificate

sorry for the ignorance .. what is this of the Certificates? I do not have any.. do I have to ask GM for?

I see you're located in Mexico. I'm fairly certain the certificate program was only for United States customers. They were automatically sent to those who bought ZL1s based on the info you filled out when purchasing the car.

Search for "MISSING ZL1 CERTIFICATE" and there is a whole thread dedicated to how to obtain one if yours never came and if you're elgontrain to even get one.
