I have two key fobs from the first camaro that was totaled, and would like to reprogram them to the new one. I've found several posts/videos here and on the web, but they are all about programming new remotes. Can a previously fob be reprogrammed?

Actually you program the car to use the fob. I'm not sure if it still applies to newer models but:
