HELP: BUZZING/VIBRATION WITH PREMIUM FACTORY INSTALLED BOSTON AUDIO?

Need some feedback from forum members. I have had my 2011 Camaro 2SS which I purchased at Classic Chevrolet in Grapevine, TX. Starting the second month of owning the car I noticed a vibration/buzzing noise coming from the right rear speaker (in trunk). I took it to the dealership and after a day they told me they don;t hear it and nothing is wrong. The vibration/buzzing has gotten worse. I took it back in today and loaded a CD of songs that exhibit the problem the best. They called me today and said nothing is wrong and that it is just a factory issue. Anyone else having this problem? I have been in other 2SS's and not heard it. I am ready to tell them to give me a new one of the lot that does;t do it! Please provide feedback! :readthethread :

Take it to another dealer. Tell them the other dealer is crap and that you are hoping they will step up to the plate and take care of it for you. Dealers like to steal customers from other dealers as far as I know. Then when they fix it, tell the original dealer they lost you as a future customer.

I would agree with thorr on this one. Having a new set of eyes (or ears in this case) can make the difference in getting a resolution or getting the door. I hope that helps and if you need any additional assistance I'm here to help!
