Mine are connected to the roll bar. Idk any other way besides the single bar that goes behind the front seats.

There are a couple of bolt in harness bars available. Can't remember of the top of my head who makes them. Speedware, maybe?
**Link added, it was speedware. |

The problem with bolting them to the floor is yeah they might work.....BUT when you get in a wreck they will pull down and break your spine, when I had them in my STi I went to the drag strip and they wouldnt let me run because of how they were mounted :/ so I went out and bought a sparco harness bar that goes behind the seat, if you really want people to ride in the back then its simple, just use your stock seatbelt ^_^

Im running 4-point sparco harnesses with a bolt in roll cage and REMOVABLE harness bar, it literally unbolts in under a minute. Talk to Luke from Blu808 and see if he can make you a harness bar if your not looking for the cage as well.

Technically the removeable cross bar in the back will not pass NHRA inspection. It's just that they never look, care to look, or the inspectors aren't aware that it's a bolt in becasue it's rare. |

Angle in relationship to the belts is critical in making them not only work but safe. Bolting to a roll bar is the best otherwise you have to go all the way into the trunk area with the seats down to work correctly. If you just want the look get some printed on a tshirt that you can wear when you drive. If they are for safety then do it right.

Schroth Racing Harness makes DOT approved 3 and 4 point harnesses that anchor onto the factory seat belt harness locations.
http://www.schrothracing.com/store/T...allye/rallye-4 This should work out for you but you may want to contact Schroth to make sure. |
