I have Kooks headers with Kooks hiflow cats. Everything matched up perfectly. No cutting or beending required.

I have the same. Kooks LT headers and hiflow cats marry up fine to 3" competition series exhaust. Sound is great, not loud, but good under load. I had purchased an SCT tuner and a custom tune, so no check engine lights came on for me.

Kooks or ARH will work fine as the cats are 3" inlet and 2.5 outlet to mate with your 2.5" cat-back. Im getting my ARH 1 7/8 headers installed next tuesday to go with my magnaflow part #16483 which is the 3" system but it still necks down to 2.5" to mate with the mid pipes.
