I was wondering when you were going to post. I almost couldn't wait to spill the news how amazing you and your Camaro ran yesterday!
It was great to watch your Camaro eat up the white GT3 Porsche and all the super high dollar Cadillacs. Glad I had an excuse (putting miles on the car) to drive out. |

It's killing me that I don't have an event planned for the Camaro until July. I had one planned for May but it got cancelled. I'll have to squeeze one in somehow. Good luck at Fontana Kirk, wish I could join you guys.

It's one of the fuses in the box panel at the driver's end of the instrument panel. It's marked, that's about all I can remember. I assume it deactivates all airbags, Sean that races the black Camaro showed me the one to pull.

Apparently you can (or will be able to) buy a harness that plugs into the wiring and fool the computer into thinking the seats are connected. Ever heard of something like this?

OC 1LE,
Man, it looks like your mods really paid off. Your car sticks like glue in those corners. I had to double check the speed readouts to make sure I was seeing them correctly. Don't you just love it when a plan comes together. I am so glad everything worked out they way you wanted it to. Your car is smoking it on the track man. I am going to go watch your video a few more times. Don't forget to include these in the new Road Course and Auto X area. T.

The drag strip is like sniffing glue, it's cheap, it's a decent buzz, it doesn't last long and they are all the same. Road racing is like China White Heroin, the buzz is stronger, the high lasts for hours, it's extremely addictive and they are all different. I can't wait for my next Track fix. Here's how the splitter support struts are mounted: First, the JDP tow hook is mounted to frame with all of the holes shown in the first image. Next, a horizontal plate is bolted to the tow hook in the middle, and the ends are supported by custom L-brackets that are mounted to the same frame member that the tow hook mounts to. The support struts are attached at the very ends of the horizontal plate. It's hard to show it in pictures, but hopefully 2nd picture will give you an idea.

Works for me. Thanks, looks like I've got some fabrication to figure out before mounting mine. We're using a RACETECH tow strap vs. the hook. I like my shins cut free and not bloody. I've got a few ideas already but have to get the car and then pull the bumper off to see how to piece it all together. Looks like a trip to the steel place is in order for some scrap.

Unfortunately I couldn't get the Go Point to connect Bluetooth with my iPhone (probably needed to forget the device then re-connect), so it didn't overlay speed, RPM, Etc. However, the previous time I tracked it worked. This is what Harry's vids look like when with Go Point and the GPS antenna are bluetoothed to the iPhone. This is a vid from Willow Springs a couple of months ago:

She has a zr1 and a z06. She always says they are off days. Her cars are fully race prepped.
Some of those d3 cars are true race cars. Just the drivers are eh. Its a driver thing, good job man. The big aero is tempting but it would slow me down at fontana. Did you do a thread with your trailor set up? You got a mini one lap set up its sick!
