Remote unlock Feedback (lights) ?

I have the 2SS/RS M6

During the day the only lights I get feedback on are the parking / tail lights. At night I get the the parking / tail lights and intermittently headlights.

I brought it into the dealer to have the vehicle check out for some issues and this was one of them. They told me that the parking and tail lights are the only lights to give feedback period. Then I told them that something was wrong because the headlamps would intermittently come on when using the remote unlock at night. They said reproduce the problem at 4:00 in the afternoon.

Can anyone give me some input on what lights should do what with the remote unlock feedback?

Thank You

I think someone mentioned the car remembers the last lighting condition when its turned off. So if it was bright outside and then you come back when it's dark, the car still thinks it's bright out so it won't use the head light as feedback.

Not sure if that's true or not

Thank You
Just cover the sensor on the dash. My sunshield covers it, stupid lights come on everytime I start the car unless I remove the sunshade first.

could also just pull the car up into the repair bay.

Im not sure if its memory or not in accordance to the last time that the car was on, but if its dark, and i unlock the car and the head lights dont come one, i press unlock again it the lights almost always come on. Some times if im parked right under a light it wont come on when i unlock, but then it does when i start the car. idkkk.
