Engine build suggestions

I've got an AGP G8 pushing some good power, but I know it won't last for ever. It's got baby 50ish mm turbos and a cam'd LS3 and an M6

My plan is to go ~10.5:1 427LSX with Brodix BR7 heads (Ti and Inconell) and Gen2 Precision 6466 .82 turbos. Pump gas and race for the high boost situations.

I'm looking for solid a 1-1.2KHP with the ability to take the car on a long trip. To me, I think this is where cam and valve train are key and where I'm a little stuck. I've received the following cam specs from two different suppliers given the same criteria:
A: 232/240 .646/.630 117 +4LSA
B: 235/242 .666/.651 115 +2LSA

They are fairly close, except for the LSA. Cam A seems like it will be very mid range, easy on the valve train and idle smooth. B will have a tad more power up top and idle nicely. Going by the LME Brodix head build options, I can go with the LME Platinum springs (good for .660 lift) then buy run of the mill LS7 lifters and rockers? I don't necessarily want to cheap out, but do I need to go with bar lifters and an exotic rocker with the higher lift cam?

I'd like it to have a bit of a rump like cam B might have. My current cam is 222/226 .598/.598 116 +1LSA and its very tame.

My motor is assembled and awaiting the intake, and time to install. This is the cam they spec'd for nice daily driving (on 91 octane) but plenty of power on those wanna-be-nasty race days (E66), and my target RWHP. It's always interesting to see how each "vendor" spec's out a cam. Both of your cam specs look close, doubt you'd be able to tell the difference driving. Then again, spec'ing a cam is voodoo magic to me.

Not a chance you'd even be able to tell the difference between those two cams.

There will be no difficulty making the power goals with almost any camshaft and that engine/turbo combo.

Yup that thing is gonna make a ton of power no matter what. I'd be looking at reliability and longevity standpoint of the less aggressive camshaft

For peace of mind, I'd probably ditch the stock LS7 lifter and rockers. I'd look at the Johnson line of lifters and Texas Speed's roller rocker for the LS engines. Just my $.02 though.

As a G8 owner who has had many conversations with the guys at AGP, I'm not sure those turbos are going to fit. Granted I have an A6 so perhaps there is more room on a manual car, but I was told the turbos that I have, BW 57/61's, are the largest that would fit without notching frame rails, etc.
I also agree with the Johnson lifter recommendation.

He wont be using LS7 rockers with an LSX block. Do they not require link bars ?

I have to Kevin a bit also. He only mentioned ditching the normal plenum (Im using the AGP plenum and piping also). I'll have to double-check with him about fitment
