GPI - Gwatney Performance (James & Aaron)

Not sure if James is on here, but I wanted to give the guy the credit he deserves. I called GPI a little over 2 weeks ago. The receptionist was very polite and transferred me to the Service department. Not knowing who GPI was, I quickly realized they were a Chevy dealer as well as a service center and speed shop all in one.

Talked to Aaron first. I told him about my dilemma, and he knew right away what I was talking about and said they'd most likely be able to do what I needed done and mod the intake and also port my throttle body.

I called the next day to see if they had pricing and a thumbs up to go ahead and send it in and that they have a TWO DAY turnaround. Spoke with James, who coordinated everything with Aaron, and gave me the green light. He gave me his cell number and told me to text him if I needed anything. Took about 4-5 days to get to Arkansas from PA. It arrived on Saturday and was OUT THE DOOR on Monday! 4-5 days later, it is Friday and I have about 95% of the car buttoned back up.

Finishing it off tomorrow after I pick up a decent torque wrench. Their two day turn around is no joke! I was pleased with the intake mod and throttle body. They took off quite a bit of meat and smoothed it out big time.

Intake Before (Look at that oil pooling! I only have like 5 min of run time on the new catch can and fresh oil change)

Thanks, GPI! The transaction was smooth and painless. I'm thrilled with the results, unfortunately the car won't be leaving the garage for another 2 months or so. Should compliment the rest of the mods nicely. Firing it up tomorrow.

I still think you should expand your business to PA
