Is it showing any CEL? If not, then it could be not all items are ready. Do you know anyone with EFILive or HP Tuners? Did you have your car tuned with your mod?

You have to pass emissions before they'll take your trade in? Lame.

Here in NY you must Tune Out all codes that throw. Basically ,if the check engine light is not on you pass. Been doing it for years.

I passed emissions test in MO with long tubes and catted connection pipes. I have had the car tuned though. Getting ready to get rid of cats though. I don't think they are going to hold up with the whipple installed now.

I just ordered longtubes with high flow cats out here in California only because CA is finally waking up. As of January 1st 2013, 2000 and newer vehicles are exempt from the sniffer test. It's only going to be OBD and a visual so it should be pretty easy to get passed in CA for a change.

If for some reason they wont pass, I know a guy that will smog the car for $150 and he doesnt even need the car
