Tire ?
This may have been asked before . It may also be a oxymoron but is there a tire out there that you can put on the stock ZL1 wheel . That will perform well on the quarter mile track and as a daily driver ?

Not really. A sticky drag radial is a crappy tire to daily drive on. A sticky tire that works good for twisty roads and the road course isn't going to do good at the drag strip. Best bet is a spare set of wheels with some drag radials mounted to them. I would look at 18" wheels. I'm waiting for the ZL1 18" replica wheels to be released and then I'm putting drag radials on those.

Michelin pilot super sport. One of the stickiest street tires you will find. Will get expensive burning them up at the track tho.

No such thing exists. I have MPSS and they dont hook any better at the track then the stock tires. Save your money or buy a set of ET Streets.
