Looking for for 19" Rims with all-season tires for NY cold weather use on a 2010 SS. Prefer LI or Westchester area but will entertain other locations. Would like to avoid shipping. Pirellis already effected by the cold temps. 20" seem to be more prevalent so I might be looking for that size instead.

Hey about those 19's. Over in the V6 forum some people have been changing out their brakes to the SS Brembos and the LT Camaro's 19'' wheels won't clear the calipers in the front. I haven't heard of anyone putting the 19's on an SS, but I imagine you would have the same problem. I remember someone solving the problem by using spacers, but I just thought I'd let you know before you threw down some money on wheels that probably won't fit.

Did some reading; seems that replacing the stock pads to ones with out the dampers will allow me to run 19s maybe even some 18s.

I have 4 20 x 8 polished wheels that I am interested in selling. Asking 400 for the set, plus shipping.

You do not have to do anything except throw these on! For whatever reason Camaro owners with 20" are not believing that there are 18" wheels out there fitting over the big Brembo's, well check out the drag racing threads and you will see that the draggers are putting small rims on front and rear! I do have pictures of these wheels on my SS.

I had the dampers still with the 18" wheels. They are out there.
