Since they have been making cars for some time already (evident in the Oshawa lot pics), there is no longer a need for a countdown clock.

Sorry, the countdown to production (March 16, 2009) clock should countdown continuously until then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Configure and start the countdown to "whatever else" clock AFTER then!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Now to me this means that the first production car will roll off tomorrow that they would of had to start the line around 4 days earlier from the time the first car rolls off the line?????????

You are correct. The production line is full from back to almost front with Hendrik's car in front a couple hours from completion (from what I read). They'll fire up the line tomorrow morning and a couple hours later Hendriks car will come off complete, followed 5 or so minutes later by car #2, 5 minutes later, car #3, etc....

Supposedly Oshawa can make 400 cars per shift (assume 10 hrs?). That's 40 an hour or 1 every 1.5 minutes at full production. They are nowhere near full production yet.
