Saw this driving today. It's an Acura dealership but they placed a used SS on the podium instead of one of their own cars. I guess they needed something to get people in there.

Gave me a laugh.

I had a 2004 Acura TL. test drove a Camaro SS, and was blown away. I didn't want to like an American Car. I went bact to the Acura dealership and test drove a 2010 Acura TL manual. It didnt compare, I went back to the Chevy dealership and bought a silver and black SS

I had an 04 and 07 TL type S... There was nothing the Acura guy could do to get me in the new TL. They ruined that car! I do love my 2010 2SS/RS

My mom had a 2006 TL and currently has a 2008 TL Type S. I really like them. The new 2009 look like little anime smiley faces. haha.

I have actually seen a ton of this. Dodge, toyota, and mazda lots. I don't understand why they would do that.

Ummm, the obvious answer is because they're Dodge, Toyota and Mazda lots.....? Seriously, what else would they have to put up there? :P I just can't wait to see it on a Ford lot. In fact, I'm putting the bounty up right now: first person to snap a picture of a Camaro on a ramp at a Ford dealership wins...... my thanks and a few happy looking smileys maybe.....?

On a somewhat more somber note every time we see something like this it means that someone traded in their beautiful Camaro for something else :(

Not really, dealers are buying these used camaros at auction and trying to sell them at their dealerships to try to bring in customers to their lots...

lol, that reminds me when i went with my brother to a Honda dealership for his car. We were like, "We're only here because you have ONE Chevy on your lot. And we want it."
