2011 stock 1lt rs vs stock 2011 v6 challenger
he said he can take me no prob going to track soon will i be able to take him
they are both auto transmissions

I don't see you having any problems to be honest you should kill it with ease. I'm not much of a paper racer or fan of going off magazine times but this should give you an idea. The 5 speed auto and weight totally kills the Challenger. Assuming stock for stock.

There is no doubt you'll beat him.. Challenger is heavier.. There was even a camaro vs challenger and the challenger had 100 more hp and torque and the camaro wooped it..

If I was you I'd ask to be sure this guy is stock, and if so take him to the track and have fun walking all over him.

Has he not seen any of the comparisons or videos from every major auto magazine showing how the Camaro (and Mustang) destroys the V6 Challenger?
Unless he's modded and just pulling your leg, I think you might have this one.

you should beat him. especially if its stock and especially if its a pre-2011 model. they only had about 250hp. the 2011's have a hair over 300hp, but still weigh too much for the gearing and that amount of power.
...or you could do what that challenger with 100 more hp and tq did, and not know how to drive

why do so many people think they know cars ? i mean its like the person with the v6 challenger just goes around thinking he can beat cars with out any research.
saying he can beat you no prob, i get kind of mad knowing there is people out there that dumb. |

Even if he had a turbo, you'd still win lol. Those things weigh a ton. I'm finding a little amusement in the mental image of this race. The spectators could finish lunch before the race was over....
