Maggie experts...5 lbs boost on a 3.6 pulley?

I finished installing the maggie a few days ago. Got Ted to do the tune and put it on a local dyno. Ted put alot of time in on the tune for me

I'm only @ 5lbs boost with the 3.6 pulley.
I know the heat in AZ is knocking it down some. DA was 4000ft today. But 5 lbs @ 90 degrees OAT? Hell it's not even close to warm here yet. I'll be creating vacuum when temps get to 118 with a DA of 5500

Car has 1 7\8 LT's w\cats, 2.5 cat back, ADM race intake and an MSD fuel booster. Added a set of NGK plugs.

Tensioner pulleys are almost touching using the belt from maggie so I don't believe its belt slip

On a Dynojet..
It ran 483/505 on the first tune but we had to pull timing, 87 degrees OAT
It ran 478/477 on the second tune with a Perfect AFR of 11.4, 91 degrees OAT
I was 402/393 before the maggie, on the same dyno, 86 degrees OAT

So....Normal?
Anyone else need a 3.4 just to get 7 lbs @ 4000 DA?
Could I have missed\screwed up something on the install?
Do I just need to go get laid and forget about it???

Help me out guys because if installing the blower, dropping the pulley size, installing a fuel booster and getting a tune netted me a whopping
76 hp\84 tq I may have to start drinking. Very Heavily

I think most people lose about 1lb of boost from the headers and exhaust. What does the 3.6 suppose to make.

It's hard to tell and compare mods to mods, but with similar mods, and the 3.8 pulley, I was putting down 6 to 6.5 lbs of boost. I am not at 4000 ft though so I'm sorry I can't help with how much of a difference that would make. Did the shop that dyno'd it have any ideas? Also, can a dyno "correct" for elevation as well to simualte what you would get at a lower elevation?
