Great job ECS for setting this up.

However I'd like to voice a concern... As some of the attendees may not be watching this thread, I'm afraid folks will be pretty upset if they miss out cus they didn't sign up.

I've always said that these events are first come first serve... I truly understand the convenience and security of a list but I have to account for giving everyone a chance to get a free pull within the time allotted...

And I truly do appreciate those that have Dyno numbers, letting others who don't get a chance to get a free pull.

I'm willing to discuss it but I wanted to voice my concerns.

Thanks!

Can I sign up just to pull some numbers of my car? I haven't dyno'ed it since getting the mods done, and I may need to put her on the dyno at the fest. If I don't get it done in the next couple days.

Agreed!

You will need am updated tune... I think thats been said but I already quoted your post... whatever

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

LISTEN FOLKS.... GTA HAS MADE IT CLEAR THAT A LIST IS NOT A GOOD IDEA. I NOTICE ABOUT 10 PEOPLE HERE... THERE ARE ALMOST 400 DRIVERS... SO THAT LEAVES ABOUT 390 NOT IN THIS THREAD THAT ARE GETTING LEFT OUT OF THE DYNO "SIGN UP". IMAGINE HOW PISSED YOU'D BE...

WE NEED TO KEEP THIS AS FIRST COME, FIRST SERVE. IF YOU WANT ON A SCHEDULE, CALL YOUR LOCAL SHOP AND GET ON THEIR LIST.

LOOKS LIKE THEY CAN DYNO 15-20 CARS TOPS.... BETTER GET IN LINE EARLY!!!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

Also, please keep in mind this got WAY bigger than anyone anticipated... just go, enjoy everything thats going on and HAVE FUN!!! Don't get sore if you don't get on the dyno!

--------------------------------------------------------------------------

ANY OTHER SHOPS BRINGING DYNOS AND DOING TUNING???

Randy - I would try to make the tune the last mod on that car. I just finished the LTs and exhaust and then I installed the tune. I am still waitin on a CAI, but re-tuning the car isn't that big of a deal with Trifecta.

Totally not disputing what's already been said. But my Diablo tune was right on... after the LTs were put on. Mike at G-Force said he could take my money for another tune, but it wasn't necessary. Just my experience. I had him do the TCM anyway... The car is a beast now...

The warranty question

Here's how my dealer put it. If the extra power breaks something that was under rated for the torque output that broke it .... no warranty. If it broke while racing ....... no warranty. If it just broke for no explainable reason the warranty willl replace it !

My dealer also said any issue brought in will be assesed individually. He was addament that the mod parts are quality parts and install can be proved to be completed by a GM dealer or reputable dealer ie : such as Livernois like I used. I showed my dealer that Livernois is part of a huge vehicle development company that the big 3 incl' GM use for vehicle development. It also helpsthat I am using the same magnacharger MP2300 that GM is using for their Caddy SC LS3 and the Vette ZR1 SC LS3 . My dealer said that other dealers can very well turn their back on you if you didnt use him to install

any slots open for 1:00 to 2:00pm on Saturday for a complete dyno tune? if so, please add my name. is this the same dyno Mike Norris will be using? if so, will it be Mike that's actually doing the tuning?

I'm not registered as a driver. will this stop me from getting a tune?

No tunes will be done from 10-5 this is for dyno only. Tuning is done (maybe) Friday, saturday prior to 10 and after 5....

If you are not a driver and are only paying $10, you are not entitled to a free dyno.

I will have access to the ECS dyno for tuning as needed when it is available, but Chris and Doug will be offering their own tuning also.

Hope this helps.
