I busted my butt over the last 3 weeks to get my car ready and even got up extra early yesterday morning to get my car tuned at Cincy Speed. Got my vacation time approved and had a sitter lined up for my son while my wife works today. Then I get a call 3 hours before I was to meet the others at the rest stop to leave from my wife telling me my 84 year old Grandma has to have hip surgery early Monday morning. So now I have family from California flying in to stay for the week. The way I see it I would rather spend my time with family and Grandma anyway. Even though I have been pumped for C5fest for months. O and to top all this off, my 19 month old son started puking at 2 am and didn't let up till 8 this morning. I think I am going to play the lotto tonight cause apparently I used up all my bad luck. (Vent over).....

With your luck every one of your loto numbers will be one off...

Hope your Grand Mother does well, My 88 year old mother had hip replacement about 2 months ago and she is already climbing stairs again...

I REALLY want to be there but have already commited to meeting up with a couple of friends that are coming in town to do some riding on the motorcycles. If it wasn't for that i would be getting up early saturday morning and heading that way.

My girl and I just didn't have the time off to head down. I will say that come hell or High Water we will be at the next. Meanwhile we will do meets and shows here in the NY area thinkin' of you guys. Camaro5 is a great bunch. Enjoy and drive safe.

Tougher than I thought it would be. But the grandson's 4th birthday trumps. (His mom feels my pain - if it falls on the same weekend next year...no Batman birthday in Texas...its gonna be a Camaro birthday in Georgia!!!!!

btw - I was gonna take my build sheet and have the Camaro team sign it. How cool would that be!
