Of course and it was a little over 2 years worth of trial and would have been longer if i didn't take the plea deal. I probably could have beat it but i wasn't willing to take the chance

When I lived in CT I had Louis at Adelphi Auto Works install my carbon fiber rear diffuser and side inserts. Did a great job and very reasonably priced. 914-835-1994, 194 Osborn Rd, Harrison NY. Good Luck. Smart move not hitting the guy, me I would have ended up in jail.

I didn't read all the posts, but my first thought was he tried to pass you as you approached the stop sign and you weren't having any of it and sped up to not let him pass. If I were a responding cop, that would have been my first thought.

Well you're clearly in you lane and he's over a double yellow. I would have walked up to and told him sorry your wife is making you drive a VW.

I have no tolerance for someone driving on a suspended license. Obviously he is someone who believes that laws to not apply to him.

Im with you brother. I've always said that if you get caught on a suppended license, it should be an instand seizure of the car you are driving. People start losing their ride, they would think twice. Although it may increase car thefts.
