Yes you can be ticketed and it also would be the same if where you live there is no noise ordinance and you have loud exhaust and then travel to another state or even town that has a noise ordinance, You can get a ticket then also... You have to abide by the local law, and ignorance of the law is no excuse..

A lot more people with tint then I thought. I don't tint only because I can not see ANYTHING at night.

Ok so I just got my tint done a few weeks ago. Got 25% which is not legal in ga. Haven't had any cops mess with me about it and I've been passed and have passed by several cops. Bemiss is a main road and is posted 45 mph. If ur driving like an idiot u will get pulled over and they will give u a super speeder ticket which is a 500 dollar fine. If u give them an attitude they will give u one for tint as well. Oh and my sunstrip is way over the 6 inch limit. I've talked to a few friends who r cops and pretty much just don't drive like a dick and they won't mess with u
