trans fluid and rear diff fluid help!!

ok guys so ive never changed the transmission fluid and rear diff fluid ive done quite a bit of spirited driving and track and i need some help or a how to help , lessons learned etc . type of fluid your using ...now im pretty good working on my car i change my own oil do all my mods except internal engine work just somehow have never learned to do this... thnx in advance for the help

o i drive a 2013 2ss 1le with 5600 on it

Just answered this the other day. Read this thread and it will answer your questions, if you still have any let me know. If you are worried at all about warranty then use the fluid I posted. If you don't care about your warranty use amsoil.

Owners manual states 50k miles for spirited driving and 100k for the rest of us.

I chose to change trans around 50k despite not having spirited driving.

Or every 24 hours of track use. It's always best to go on the safer side of oils than pushing them past their limits.

Thanks did you have to use any teflon tape or sealant on the drain plug or did you just reinstall as is?

Reinstall it as-is, but make sure the washer is still in place.
