Well, got my car out of the shop Friday after breaking an axle at SGMP a couple weeks ago (i missed her so much!):

Big, big thanks to Jim and his son over at Harley Automotive in Jacksonville (Jim owns that supercharged yellow SS and he's been working on Jon's supercharged SS as well). Another big thanks to Chris over at GForce1320 and that great lifetime warranty on GForce parts. Chris was able to powdercoat the replacement axle in the same color and get it over to Jim in just over a week.

And while we were at it, I got a LPW diff cover and red BMR bushings installed. The older, softer black ones were actually starting to separate at the flange side of the bushing.

Nice hopefully the new shafts will hold up compared to the stock ones.

...and from what I can tell, this LPW cover doesn't leak the early versions. The vents for the baffle are exceedingly small, which must have been their fix. Which works.

FYI, I also had Hartley try and install the new Lakewood rear driveshaft loop. It was a little too tight for the 3 inch exhaust, so we left it out, but should be just fine for a 2.5...if anyone is interested.

I tweak'd the specs on a sizeable stage 3 n/a cam to be more like a stage 3 blower cam. Kevin at Vengeance is going to make this an off-the-shelf cam. Give him a call. I will warn you that below 1700 rpm's the driveability is slightly crappy, a little bucking. Dealing with a slight belt issue on the blower, but this thing is sick fast. I've never had a car that would burnout so far in 3rd gear. Got on it in 2nd, rapped out quick, pulled 3rd and feathered it off the rev-limiter for what seem like an eternity. Definitely need to get my 18" drag radials on there, and order up some Bogarts and slicks for the track.

Went in today and bought some more tools that I needed for the job. That's the great thing about neighborhood tool stores being open on Sunday. Thanks. Of course with the belts being off the Camaro, I drove the wife's CRZ up there, a hybrid that gets twice the mileage of the Camaro.

yeah, i won't be buying that particular spec - GenIII engine & 30 cubes less, but i'll have to call them back. they mentioned doing something custom when i made the curiosity call.
shoot, with my 60# injectors, i try to keep it at least 1500rpm anyway

11.2-11.6, a little rich for s/c, but safe. Fuel pressure is fine, BAP and 60# inj.

You shouldn't worry about pressure near as much as your AFR. Spray uses MUCH less fuel in even a 1/4 mile pull than you would think. I ran a 150 Shot plate kit on a HUGE cam LS1, STOCK GTO pump and never had the fps switch cut me off in a pass, even a 1/4. As long as you have all the safety crap in place, you're good.

Running a 200 shot plate in my F-body, racetronics pump, stock injectors, ls6 intake and a very similar big cam, that's it, stock ls1 otherwise.
