HU swap from mylink, what are the things you lose/miss the most...

I have a 2013 SS with MyLink, I really want to replace the HU as part of my build out. (Focal K2s, 2 10 inch subs, couple of Focal amps, custom box, etc.) I am looking at Pioneer AVIC-8201NEX or Kenwood DNX893S. (Also looking for opinions on those as well.)

Probably a really dumb question...but, I'll ask anyway.

If I upgrade to an aftermarket HU, I will lose the ability to do things like check tpms from the HU, correct? (There is no Mastreo RR or equivilant out there, it appears.)

It sounds like the PAC is the most reliable dashkit out. So I'd probably go with that. It seems like there are options for getting backup camera, park assist, bluetooth for phone, steering wheel controls, hands free calling.

But, there are things that I lose by replacing the MyLink unit as well.

Trying to understand all the tradeoffs.

For those that have swapped out MyLink for aftermarket HU, what are the things you lose or miss the most?
