This is my favorite! Or did you enhance the sky too? Either way, my favorite!

The shine is a side effect of the sky effect. You're basically looking at several exposures on top of one another. I'll post up the original pic so you can see the difference.

Here's the pic in just like I took it...
And here's the "Enhanced" version... I think I deleted it by accident from my OP. Last edited by Tx1Lt; 04-23-2010 at 03:58 PM. |

Was that with a HDR camera or did you use software... came out nice.

I used a canon t1i DSLR camera. Then tone mapped the pics with "Mediachance Dynamic HDR" Software. Then I cleaned up the pics in Photoshop CS4.

Thanks, been looking for a another tool to try. Haven't used that one. Did you snap pics at different exposures and combine or let the software convert a single picture for a simulated HDR?

Good question! With that software I use the one pic, but I shoot in RAW format and use that. (No need for bracketing with a RAW, for full HDR.) The one pic simulated feature on that program works really good tho. I really recommend that program, it's very easy to use.

Highjacking the thread but why do you block your plate ?. When your on the road it's there for the world to see. It's not a social security number or anything.
PS: They are good photos/artwork of your Camaro. |

Just an old habbit. I've been doing that for ever. Main thing is just asthetics, but in the beginning it was apart of an old forum's rules. And it just stuck.
