Active shooter(s) in LAX.
Breaking on the news right now.
Official info from news conference below. At 9:20am individual entered terminal 3 with an assault rifle. Proceeded to TSA checkpoint, shot it up, and continued into the secured area. Responding officers had a gunfight with the shooter in the secure area and took him into custody. 7 victims treated at the scene, 6 of them transported to hospital.
