Does the V6 have an LSD?

Anyone know if the V6 also has an LSD, or is it an option?

Seem to remember reading that the LS-1LT-2LT do NOT have an LSD. Don't quote me on that though. I haven't seen it anywhere as an available option either. I know it's standard on the SS.

So.. if the LS has it with MT, shouldn't the LT also have it?

As long as you get the manual transmission. I also read that the v6 auto gets a smaller rear end. Cant remember where I saw it though, maybe GM high tech performance.

I hope the rear end or posi swap will be as easy as it was on 4th gens. I definitely want LSD.

it can be done but there is no way it will be as easy as a 4th gen,,

you will need to drop the exhaust system, the rear frame/cradle, axle shafts, drive shaft, then you can get the rearend center section/housing out and put it on your work bench and seperate the case 1/2's to get the carrier/posi out

And on another though I can pay someone to do it. How much are those LSD units?
