So let me get this straight...
CVS puts in a squared off curb island and then decides... ehhh lets add a little grassy radius island... not sure why but lets do it anyhow. When people run throught the grass b/c they don't see it, CVS paints the curb yellow. Damn, that didnt work, people are still running through the grass. So.... they add a BAMF rock that PEOPLE KEEP HITTING! HEY CVS.... REMOVE THE FREAKIN ISLAND. It doesn't need to be there! With that said... as I play devils advocate... OP... PAY ATTENTION!
