DD, It could have been worse. Nice to have someone come on here and admit fault. It seems like it's never anyones fault on here.

I know it sucks, but the damage looks like it will fix fairly easy. Just costly.

Didn't you read the same post as me PQ? He blamed it on the placement of the rock instead of himself having a brain fart.

So let me get this straight...

CVS puts in a squared off curb island and then decides... ehhh lets add a little grassy radius island... not sure why but lets do it anyhow. When people run throught the grass b/c they don't see it, CVS paints the curb yellow. Damn, that didnt work, people are still running through the grass. So.... they add a BAMF rock that PEOPLE KEEP HITTING!

HEY CVS.... REMOVE THE FREAKIN ISLAND. It doesn't need to be there!

With that said... as I play devils advocate... OP... PAY ATTENTION!

Wow! those pictures really don't help your case any. I don't know how you didn't see that. Yellow curb, big ass rock with grass growing. None of which looks like asphalt. Just Kidding . I probably would have done the same thing in my camaro. They are very hard to see things low on the pass side. Don't be mad at me I was merely commenting on what PQ said about people not taking the blame for things. I'm sure you feel bad enough without a-holes like myself making fun of you. I do dumb stuff like that all the time.

I can say with a fair amount of certainty taht I wouldn't have hit the rock.

My car is too low, the curb it's self would have done me in.
