We have dozens of wild turkeys around here. They are usually smarter than deer when it comes to cars - but holy crap! That's a lot of damage! I'm so glad you weren't hurt!

By the time I pulled the car up to the next road to unblock the road I had lost sight of it
Turkey season ends this month in alabama but I will be hunting next year (Never have before but have plenty of friends that do) Quote:

Poor Camaro! So Sorry this happened to you. A co-worker had a similar accident a couiple of years ago but not in a Camaro. Looks like you were able to maintain contriol & come to a safe stop which is good. You did not mention any injuries to yourself which I hope is true & if so that is a very good thing. I hope your Camaro gets fixed up quickly & good as new.

Pretty sure one of the safety tests they do for "glass" windshields, especially for aircraft, is shoot at it with a chicken fired from a cannon...lol...
