GM refuses to tell me my status!

I've called a few times over the last few weeks and everytime they refuse to tell me the status of my order until they begin producing the car

my dealer isn't the smartest, especially with computers. everytime i call him i end up getting frusterated because he has no idea what i'm talking about and its HIS system...

are there any other ways to track your status? could one of our local camaro5 dealers exhchamge my order # and status w/o getting into trouble?

ps- anyone with CGM above 1100?

Don't bother calling your dealer.....Go in there and demand some customer service. Order status info should be coming from them.

I'm sure the people that know they are at 3300 or 3400 would beg to differ with you on this point.

CGM is under constraint. There is no one above 1100 with CGM. That being said, forget the salesman. Get directly in touch with the inventory manager (assuming there is one) or the person who actually orders the vehicles for the dealership. That is the person the information will ultimately come from anyways. 1-800- chevybendmeover is useless from what I've seen.

It can say 3300 4400 or 5500 until they start making them in march that number means nothing. I mean because anything could happen between now and then.

I know exactly what you meant- hence the

Like I said in another thread. This is like needing AA...

Hi. My name is Trent and I'm addicted to information on when I'm getting my car.

God grant me the serenity
to accept the things I cannot change;
courage to change the things I can;
and wisdom to know the difference.
