Fed up....
So, picked that thing up on Jan. 28th. Drove it for 2 weeks, then the HMI didn't
responded to any touches. Shut the car off, restarted and it was working again. Dealer reprogrammed the unit and all is good now. Couple of weeks later car would not start when the engine was hot. It did not even cranked. let it cool down and all is good. Brought it to the dealer, and they replaced the starter motor. Next stop, differential noise. Dealer flushed the rear end 2 times and told me everything is fine. Drove it home, parked overnight, started in the morning and the noise was still there. 2 days later, dealer replaced differential unit. No more noise. Thursday morning, started up and smelled like a gas station. Did not go to work, drove directly to the dealer and have them take a look at it. Waited for 4 hours, car was fixed. Had a leaky fuel injector on cylinder 4. Friday morning drove to work, no smell, no noise from rear end, everything works perfectly. Drove home from work, 5 miles from my house, the damn thing stalled on a red light and would not restart. Engine was cranking but not starting. Called Chevrolet roadside service, waited 70 min. for the tow truck and hauled it of to the dealer. Don't know the outcome of it till Monday. Dealer is great to work with, I have no complain how they handle those issues. Every time I get a loner, no problem. It comes to the point that I don't like this crap anymore. I need a reliable car. Cannot trust this one anymore. My 2012 Gen5 had never seen the shop from the inside, never a problem. Don't know what to do with this one. Sorry, but had to vent a little.

Go back and read the lemon law for your state. It's in your papers you signed. Really hate this still happens today, but that's why the law is there. Sorry for the bad experiences you are having and would drive anyone nuts for sure. Good luck.

Love the look of the car, but i think you need to see if you can get a new one, this one was built at 2:45 pm on a Friday. |

You right about that. I will give them another chance. If it brakes down in the next month of normal operation then they have a thing coming. Not the dealer, dealer is great but GM.

Dear god! That car sounds like a nightmare. Not just one issue, but several. I'd certainly look at the lemon law in your state like the others mentioned.
