Not available in Carbon Flash yet, but should be relatively soon. As for shipping, best bet is to call us here and figure out a cost on it. For international shipments, particularly those going to Canada, we can ship a package through an air service instead of ground and avoid those nasty brokerage fees. It costs a few dollars more than ground up front, but, ultimately saves money on the back end b/c of the rate of brokerage fees. For us to give you an exact shipment estimation, we'll just need for you to give us a call here and we can figure that out.
