OK, I have been following this thread from day one, but one of my hopefuls is that you can watch movies on the screen. Reading through the posts and the specs on GM's site, I see no mention. Is this possible? Thanks.

Might not be, may have a little something extra in the head unit to process the information.

If it is extra hardware, why did this announcement come after the 2014's have hit the streets?

I'm not sure it's just a theory. The head unit might need another processor to run the video feed to the my link? Idk I'm spitballing. I hope it's the same as the 13s. Would be great if we could integrate into this my link as well.

It's in the newer firmware. No hardware is added.

so if we decide to make this mod, this is how long its gonna take or is it just because you are testing everything. Will it be more of a plug and play after the final product?

Also the radio needs to be programmed and last I heard he's trying to have them programmed so they'll be a drop in replacement and marry to your car at install.

AND
Complete head unit with Nav..

I should be getting my hands on the harness that is supposed to make the ZL1 gauge pack, (with the boost gauge) make the boost gauge actually work in the non OE supercharger 2SS models..
