Sitting here waiting for the UPS truck, I have already taken the old one off. A flat blade screwdriver and a 10mm socket. While I was at it I ran a white towel around inside the intake, it came out dry no oil on it at all.
I did a couple 0-60mph and a fuel mileage run earlier. After I get it installed I will drive it around for a day then following the same route recheck both for an after comparison.
Awesome.

I got mine around 7 tonight, by 7:15 I was on the road. I must say I am impressed. I felt like WoW am I driving the same car? Initial tests show a possible 1 second or more reduction in 0-60 times. I will conduct more tests tomorrow including MPG.
Stay tuned.

WOW 1 second improvement in 0 - 60 times , that exceeds my nitrous 100hp shot improvements. Maybe my other mods are compensating where a stock engine would show more improvement. My T/B gave me .08 @ 2mph results. I did 5 runs with a Gtech Pro and the results were almost dead on each run.

I just got back fron my mileage run, I couldn't do the 0-60 at the same place I did it the other day because the road was wet. My mpg just was about 1/2 mpg better, but I felt there was a head wind today that I didn't have before, plus I probably had 4 more gallons of gas starting out. Anyway I am glad for the improvement. And the drivability feels so much better. Next time I am up that way I will have to try again.

Say according to the Dyno graphs shown the PTB gives an additional 9 RWHP over the stock with CAI engine. How much more would that give you at the flywheel?

I got mine from Mike Norris (You can find his name and number on this thread). He should still have a couple in stock. As for the RX catch can I got mine direct from RX and love it. BTW if you ever think you will get forced induction ask for them to send you that one and cap one of the ports. Will save you money later.
