Lightbulb Biggest Lip Possible

I'm thinking of getting 20" rims and want to get the biggest possible lip for the front and rear of my car. I initially wanted to go with a setup of 9.5 front and 11 rear but think I can achieve a deeper lip with a lower rim width. If I were to go 10 or even 10.5 rear with a lower offset will I get a bigger lip. I know that a lot of people are not fans of hellaflush fitment but I think it would look good considering I love the look on step lip rims which I'm leaning more towards. Here is a pic of the look I'm trying to achieve. I don't want to be nearly as aggressive as this but it gives an idea of what I'm trying to do. Any advice on how I can achieve this would be greatly appreciated.

Can you even fit an 11" rear on a V6?

Wow that 300 looks terrible. Don't do it. The camber is way off, it looks like the wheel lip would rub the fender, are there even tires one it? Come to think of it... That looks like s hack photoshop job.

4.5inches is the biggest you can go without tubbing the car with 24s and 405 width.

Here is 4.5 rear, 3.5 front

Here is our car, 3.5 rear and 1.5 front

How about the largest lip with a flat profile. In order to clear the brembos of a v8, I've heard that 3.5" is the largest if the wheel has a flat profile. Anyone care to chime in?

Thanks!

I'm not looking to slam my car or get a camber kit either. I just want the deepest lip possible after lowering it about 1". I just want the wheels to fit as flush as possible with a big lip.

The savani car is what I'm talking about. I dont want to shorten my rear axle but the fitment on the rear is exactly what I'm looking for. I want to accomplish this with 20" rims while getting the biggest lip possible. I don't mind rolling fenders and a little tire stretch. Anyone know of any specs that can acomplish this.
