Just lowered car and put on 22" wheels..is it highly recommended to get a front alignment done?

You need an alignment after lowering, not after wheels.

Yes,a four wheel alignment is needed and don't forget to time the bushings.The sooner the better.

We agree with everyone here, you definitely need to get an alignment done. No need to wear through those tires faster than they Have to.

vexss2010 - Any time you remove a strut and re-install it, you need to have your car aligned...espeically if you're installing springs that change the ride height.

what do you mean time the bushings? drive it for awhile? before alignment so it settles? if so how far do you need to drive it? thanks

If you don't reset the bushings to the new ride height you can damage the bushings, as well as cause ride/handling issues from the bushings being twisted at ride height. Your ride heights will also be wrong due to the added rebound the bushings are giving.
