Holy smokes....that's crazy. Sorry to see the damage to your Camaro.
It's nothing like your situation but the closest thing I've had to that was a dog run out in front of me when I was doing about 60 mph on a two lane road. At the last second I slighly swirved and caught him on the edge of my bumper. Had I hit him straight on I think it would've deployed the air bags which would've totaled the car. Wierdest thing was that it snatched some of his fur between the wheel and tire. I still never understood how that happened.

Dude that sucks ! It could have been worse if the turkey was two inches more on the driver side. Glad you're okay and everything is being resolved

I hate turkeys. This time of year its not uncommon to have to stop for a flock crossing the road almost once every mile by me.
