My problem with the nickey car, is since it has no connnection with a dealer that you have no chance of a warranty.

Hylton, was the 5th gen camaro there at the Chevy Vette Fest? Because I heard it might have been there but I decided not to go because I didn't hear anything else.

No but he had all the engines packages displayed. I have pictures but I am just waiting for package detail information.

True. I believe the Tom Henry edition is still trying to get around that warranty void right now. I figure anyone building a 700HP car is going to be stuck with a voided warranty regardless of what you do.

Oh yeah...that $20K didn't even include the cost of the car! I'm sure it's even more than that even for a basic package of engine and exterior stuff!

If the crate engine everyone is talking about is $14K then just imagine how much this will be...including the labor costs too!

Cool as hell but man, it's going to be major $$$$!!!

I'd rock it and drive the piss out of it but it's going to cost some major coin!

I would have serious doubts about the ability of the drivetrain to withstand that much horsepower.
If anybody has any supporting information on what the drivetrain went through during testing it would be appreaciated. I am seriously considering a procharger for mine and would like to feel confident in the drivetrain being able to handle even that increase confortably.

I think the weak link will be the rear. Guys around my area racing the gto area busting them up. So with 700hp they better address the rear.

Didn't we hear a long time ago that the rear could take in the neighborhood of 600 horsepower?
I'm sure they'll put some heavy-duty stuff in there though, no worries.

I beleive the rear in this car is a completely different set up compared to the GTO's..

I could be wrong, but I read the rear being put in this car can handle some big power :5thgenvert:
