Does anyone know how or who could change the color of the gauges like the picture?

u are better off waiting for someone to make them and just buy it and replace the whole dash

Guage overlays are something I've been wating on also... Haven't seen any yet.

im not so sure it can be done to the camaro's gauge cluster since they're shaped like "bowls" on the inside. But who knows... Im sure GM realizes there's a pretty good aftermarket for gauge overlays.... maybe they designed it to be changed or swapped out.
