I have to say, I really need something better than these 19x8 245/50ZR19 Perellis. It won't grip for anything. I didn't want to do exactly the same as Beauwulf, but from what I've found that seems to be the best road course setup. Really want 9.5-10s in the rear though.

I guess you know everyone's gunning for you this year. Hope the weather clears up for you guys so you can get some good runs in before it starts getting too hot. Looking for you to be in the 11s this year!
Yeah the stock tires are lame. I know it goes against genreral rule of thumb but they say get em hot on a burnout and they stick alot better. Other thing is letting off the gas and getting back on it during the burnout in an effort to get both rears to spin at some point. Im workin towards the 11s and should be good to give it a shot in the next couple weeks. HDRS is hot on the trail and Ide like to be first in the 11s. If I do get there I will prolly back off on the nitrous thing and run an occasional 100 shot and wait on a SC.

Hey rod I went to order the plugs you told me to get but they ended up sending me the stock one..... How big of a deal is it to run colder plugs? Would I be cool running the 75 shot with stock plugs?

Ide run stock with a 75 shot. I doubt there would be any issues at all.

No prob. Keep in mind that the stock plugs are already one colder than what they normally put in cars.

My V6 Stang was the same way.. didn't bother to change the plugs for the 75 or the 100 shot... just gapped them down a bit.

Why did you gap them down? And how much?

To prevent spark blow out... Want to say we set them in the .032 range.

Hey guys, Ive been lurking this thread for quite some time now, #s are impressive congrats to all on the list. Looks like nitrous shows really good results especially for the $ compared to TT .
When it comes to FI Im a noob, so please forgive me if these questions are noob like. lol

1. Is it 100% accurate that installing nitrous voids your warranty?
2. I have friend that are telling me not to do it because I will blow the engine or that the transmission can not handle it, what are your thoughts???

Thanks

Most dealers will probably be reluctant to do warranty work on the DRIVETRAIN if you are running nitrous or have turbos/SC. Some will take a look at it and if they think it wasn't caused by the extra power or poor programming they'll fix it. As for blowing the engine, just have someone reliable install the kit and get a tune. Don't over do the shot and you should be fine. The auto transmission seem to be holding up (ROD1 is running a 125 shot), but I don't think any of the manual guys have done a big shot, yet.

I am running a 46n and a 26f. Should be close to 100hp shot. Mines a Manuel tyranny, and seems to be handling it fine. Running the NGK7 plugs gapped to .033. Seems to be a perfect combo. Can't find a dyno here in Salt Lake. Everyone I talk to, says "i had a buddy who used to..." ,but nothing solid. Will post install pics as soon as I get up tomorrow, as I'm on the the graveyards.

Anyone know a dyno shop in the Utah? If so, maybe me and one of my 4 wives can swing into there shop..... I'm just joshin... I only got three.
