2014 Camaro Engine Options?

More indications of possible LS7 V8 and 3.6 TT V6 options for the 2014 Camaro?

The LF3 is going into the XTS (and probably ATS-V).

I can't wait to see what the LF3 is capable of. I'm sure the stock numbers will be pretty conservative probably in the 350 - 400 HP/TQ range.

But it will be capable of much more than that with a quick tune!

They should have put turbos on the current Camaros.

Are they putting them on the 2014 model year or saving it for the 6th gen?

My prediction is the twin turbo wont be in the Caddy or the Camaro anytime soon. why would you want it when the V8 is already making more power and is a much simpler design and in the end is probably a lighter package. And I doubt a twin turbo will get much better fuel economy. I also think the ATS-V will be V8 powered.

Because the V8 won't fit in the XTS.

And indications are pointing towards the LF3 for the ATS-V.

The v8 is probably more compact than twin turbo v6.

As long as they offer a V8 I don't care what else they decide to offer

For a FWD application?

The LF3 is already going into the XTS. There's no debate there.
