Yeah, it's wise to realign your car whenever you change the ride height.

Dang didn't know that, thought with the coil overs you could change it at will and be fine.

I know some places offer lifetime alignments so with coilovers you can adjust the height as you please and then go get it aligned. These places that offer lifetime alignments though don't want you coming in every 2 weeks or so, its more like once every couple of months.

Why would u have to realign if u aren't messing with the position of the spindle by lowering or raising the coilover?

Raising/lowering the car changes the toe due to the geometry of the tie-rod pivot points (steering rack location with respect to the control arm, etc).

Kevin, since you will be raising, I would wait a few days for the car to settle again, before realigning. Not right after the height adjustment. Since you said you noticed the car drop after 3 days. Even if you didn't change your height, I would have gone back in to check the alignment after you noticed the drop.

That is what I was thinking. Gonna raise it a 1/2in in all 4 corners tomorrow and prob wait till next friday to check the alignment.

I had a front chin splitter installed on my car last week and the freakin thing came flying off yesterday, while I was driving down the interstate. Now the body shop that installed it wants me to go find the pieces so they can see what went wrong. Needless to say, im a little pissed off right now.
