You think its sweet now, what until it hits about 1000 miles. Thats when the ecu gets adjusted to the conditions and it starts to wake up. My 1SS 6M felt like it suddenly had an extra 60 horses.

I didn't have a complaint about indexing until recently. I've had to 'reset' it three times now in one week and it's the first time that I've had to do this. Just like getting used to the clutch after not driving a stick for quite a few years, have to get used to it !

So you really don't have any issues. Just feel.

I felt the same way first time I opened the door on a 5th gen. The whole window rattles back and forth everytime I open the door. Wish it was tighter like other window indexing cars I've exp.
It also makes a funny squeking sound where the glass meets the rubber when I close the door, like I need to lube the rubber or something. |

I love the indexing. Liked it the first time I saw it on the Mustang when they brought it out a few years ago.
Helps equalize air pressure inside and outside when closingthe door. Haven't had any problems with mine whatsoever.

Now, I cannot drive along Hwy85 without seeing several solo drivers in the carpool I know, I know, just jealous I'm not using the lane with them.

wait til it freezes outside, try closing the door afer that
I thought i almost shattered my brothers stang's window once... The window indexing is a neat feature, gets rid of the ugly frame, just has some drawbacks but not that would matter if your Camaro sleeps all winter |
