Sooooooooo
My car went kaput �� it is currently in "time out" at the Shell off Ruthraff as I decide where to tow it. It is something in the clutch system. Started to feel weird on Sunday on the end of the way back from California and today it felt better and then on the way to practice the clutch started sticking in and finally when I slowed down at a light, it no longer would turn over. Shout out to the K9 cop and my boss who helped me push it to the shell.
Wish me luck--and to think I set up a free evaluation for 10 am tomorrow. Too little too late huh?
I'm off to the races figuring it out tomorrow so send good vibes and anything else you think is helpful! I'll keep you posted on the grandpa of the group.

So the update: slave cylinder was leaking into the clutch so the assembly has gone. At 106+ thousand miles so not a surprise. So parts are ordered but more time since the holiday. The twist of the evening is I am having the work done at Jim Click. We shall see how this goes...

Same thing happened to my 1999 Camaro SS slave cylinder at about 100k miles. Must be a Tremec thing....

We normally gather around 5:30, eat about 6:00, and pass on information shortly after. Please come out and join us and tour the cruise-in car show!

That's a really good idea...I am still on the original battery and I got it I DEC 09... I work at O'Reilly Auto Parts so I will get one from there sometime.....
