Okay, it's official, my car rolled off the production line at 4:25pm eastern time yesterday! Now a slow train to Texas!

I'm still 4B00 Bayed today. My car was built on Monday 10/22, so it's been sitting there for 4 days now doing nothing.

I wonder how long they sit waiting for or in Quality Control...? The one delivered 1LE so far was shipped without the front splitter. I guess that was intentional and it'll be shipped seperately. I'd hate to think that they missed it, like the fellow that got one painted wheel and three polished wheels... Tara

I guess their inspectors need to be inspected by other inspectors who were already inspected by yet another set of inspectors.

My expected I/T date is 11/05/2012. So somewhere around that date is when I should have it. On every invoice, there is an Expected I/T date. That's when GM expects it to be delivered to the dealership. As long as your car has been invoiced, your dealer can pull up the invoice and give you the Expected I/T date. That will give you a good idea of when it should be there. Good luck to all of you!

Okay, I just went to my dealer and paid for my baby. I saw that they got invoiced and wanted to make sure my private offer didn't expire.
1SS/RS/1LE with NPP + some dealer-installed items 40,410.90 MSRP (39,069.81 Invoice) -1,536.95 Market Savings (included my union member discount) -1,000.00 GM private offer 37,873.03 Selling price + tax, etc., etc. They, of course, tried to sell me the kitchen sink with extended warrantees and coverages. The only thing I bought was the tire and wheel coverage. Even then, it was half off when I told him I didn't want it initially. $539.00 for 5 years of road hazard for my tires and wheels; I think it was worth it. I was worried that they wouldn't accept the GM private offer since I was also getting the UAW AFL-CIO union discount, but they didn't bat an eye. It took them about 3 minutes to redo the paperwork, and poof! $1,000 off. Just my experience with my local dealer. Your results may vary! Take care out there! Tara

Mine just left Lewisville, Arkansas this morning, so I'm guessing it will be in Houston tomorrow. Then a few days to get to my dealerhsip. Probably Mon or Tues. This wait is absolutely killing me!!!!!!!!
